Improving Practice for Young People - An Introduction to CORE YP

CORE (Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation) for adults is widely recognised as one of the most reliable and useful outcome measures for use in the psychological therapy services across the UK. YP-CORE Outcome Measure has been designed to be suitable for use across a wide variety of service types for young people aged 11-16 (secondary school age.

CORE YP has been shown to have considerable validity, is reliable and clinically relevant. It can be used as an assessment too and an outcome measure.

 The British Association of Dramatherapists (BADth) is the professional body for Dramatherapists in the United Kingdom. It was established in 1977, is formally constituted with Officers and an Executive Committee and has its own Code of Practice. BADth has the legal status of a non-profit-making company, limited by guarantee. Currently, it does not have charitable status. Through the work of its executive officers, sub-committees and individual members, it represents Dramatherapists' interests in numerous ways: for example, with employing authorities, government departments, professional bodies and the media.
